We are over the moon and HIGHLY IMPRESSED. We LOVE the integrity and honesty shown to us on the last purchase. Rich and the crew were super good to us. We honestly didn�t have to feel like we had to be on guard when we were buying our current vehicle. I have purchased 3 vehicles with Baker...I regret every one of them! I was screwed over on all 3 and they never helped me as a disabled veteran. They gave my friend, at the same dealer a better vehicle $11,000 cheaper then mine. They gave me the wrong vehicle @ pick up, which i did not notice till I arrived home. The salesman kept telling me he would not get paid if I did not give a perfect review. I gave them 3 chances and they failed me every time with flying colors! Do not shop here...my favorite so far, is Fox Ford in Cadillac but that could be I just found the right person to work with? Good luck if you decide to give Baker a shot???

Had my Jeep in the service department for some engine repairs. They are very thorough and explain step by step how things are done. When the work was done they had the tech bring me out to the garage and explain things to me. They kept me updated throughout the process. Excellent people working in service. They care about the customers

I was going to attend a funeral at Daggett funeral home next door to the dealership, But unfortunately Daggets parking lot was full and i figured they were probably used to people parking at the dealership for overflow, One of the sales people came running out and was yelling at me in a tone of voice I really did not appreciate.... I called the dealership and spoke with a sales representative to tell them about what had happened, the salesmen told me " Yeah that happens all the time, because the funeral home has a small parking lot"... Ok then I totally understand that part, but why in the hell doesnt the dealership have signs to not park in the lot in this instance? If this happens all the time I think it would be better to coordinate a realistic approach to the problem with the funeral
