Dan Vanhouten deserves a five-star rating, in my opinion, and I recently bought a gorgeous GMC Sierra from Baker Auto Group. He went to obtain pictures of the truck and sent them to me when I contacted them first thing in the morning as I only saw a stock photo of the truck online. We just moved to Cadillac about 3 weeks ago and the gear shifter broke off in my husband's hand. Had our 2014 Ram towed to Baker CDJR of Cadillac. Chad and Amarah in the service department were awesome. Thank you again Baker for getting our truck fixed during the holidays.

I had my 2018 Ram truck towed into the service department of Baker Dodge Chrysler of Cadillac. The gas tank strap broke in which my gas tank was within an inch off the ground and being held by rear strap. Very dangerous situation and never experienced a gas tank failure ever! I contacted the Service Manager Chad Foster, and explained the situation and also that the truck was purchased from them. Mr. Foster, and staff did exactly what he said he would do to correct problem.This was pleasant service experience and all done at no charge. I would strongly recommend contacting this dealership for any service work or repairs! I am very pleased. Thank you very much.
