I was recommended to Balken's Auto Body by a family member. I am so glad they did! I was so impressed from the time I walked in with all of my questions, to the time I walked in again to pick up my repaired vehicle. They did such an awesome job on the rear end damage I had sustained. My car looks wonderful! My car needed a lot of repair after hitting a large item that fell in the road, and I chose Balken for the job purely based on the reviews. I can now say that those reviews are completely spot-on. Everyone working here was extremely kind and explained what needed to be done, fixed my car efficiently, and gave me a rental to use for a few days. My car looks beautiful; I can't even tell anything was ever damaged. Can't thank them enough!

Wish I had gone here sooner. They repaired some damage my car received after leaving it with u-haul. I’m beyond satisfied with the work, it was clearly done by a professional with a good amount of experience. They also worked really well with my insurance company, which put a smooth end to what had been a long frustrating process prior.

Balken's was recommended by our insurance to have hail damage repaired and it turned out they were the only place in FDL that could complete the job. They did it in a timely manner and even gave us a free loaner car. The work was complete 2 days earlier than planned and they were very professional the entire time!
