Pomp's Tire Service

I had an excellent experience at Pomp’s and would absolutely recommend them. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and refreshingly transparent. The quote I received matched the final bill exactly, which I truly appreciated after having less consistent experiences elsewhere. Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt and helpful, and they had me in and out in about 45 minutes. The team was organized, respectful of my time, and made the entire process feel effortless. I purchased four new tires, and the difference is already noticeable — a quieter ride and the peace of mind that comes with knowing the job was done right. We were on our way to the Packer game in our motorhome and blew a tire on the highway. Luckily a trucker told us to go to Pomps because of their service. They were not kidding!Everyone there was incredibly helpful, kind, and extremely timely. They came out and saw that we had a leak in our other tire and changed both tires. We were in and out in about 40 minutes. I was so impressed from everyone’s work ethic…..the receptionist/intake counter employee , to the young man who changed our tires. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Needed an alignment done due to other parts being replaced. Dropped off for service, picked up same day. Alignment was off, worse then when I brought it in! They apologized, told us to bring it back tomorrow... we did, but then the tech called in that day (Friday). Had to wait till the following week to get it fixed. This is now the second time we've used them, and both times had to bring our vehicles back to get re adjusted. I hope y'all do better going forward!!

These people are absolutely fantastic. From scheduling to completion of the work. I have been treated honestly and fairly each time. I have recommended them to multiple persons seeking rapid reliable service. Keep up the great service and attention to the small details

Excellent service! Great customer service and communication. I usually go south to West Bend for my car care but that has changed now. I'll be heading up to Pomps in Fond du Lac for my oil changes and tire rotation. Don't mind if I say so myself, my new tires are sexy lol!
