As a service manager , my experience with Brett and his team was great start to finish. He educated me on the repairs, along with getting me on the road asap. He let me know what o need to be safe on the road, but also priced everything else out on the side . Beyond happy

Absolutely Fantastic. I stopped in, only to ask about making an appointment for an oil change, and to have check performed on my 2012 Ford Escape. They we're able to get me same day. Notified me that I needed a front ball joint replaced. He was able to fix it, and had my vehicle ready next day. He even made a special trip so I could pick it up after hours on a Friday so I didn't have to wait until Monday. Very professional, listed other things that could use attention. Did not pressure me at all.

Brett is the owner, this was my first time having Freeds look at my 2012 Honda Accord. I truly appreciated the fact he took the time to listen to my concerns and that he explained what he was going to do to fix my car. I would recommend Freeds to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle anytime. Easy to work with, willing to go the extra mile to make room in their schedule to accomodate mine!

Freed's has been great. I was recommended them by a mutual friend of Brett the new owner. I just had full brakes and a wheel bearing replaced on my 2017 WRX. Brett was able to get me in quickly and was easy to work with. He was transparent about the cost and gave me a estimate before going ahead. Fixed all the issues in a day. The text reminders and ability to text back and forth about status and updates was really nice. Highly recommend!

Always great service! I wait until last minute to get an oil change (girl things.) He always is able to get me in and even reached out to me to set up after seeing I posted low oil. 🤣 can’t beat that service!
