Summit Service

Found this 2023 F-350 for a very reasonable price listed on Summits website and I got in contact with them. Told them I’d be down to look at it on a Friday, but was unsure of the time, but when I arrived the truck was sent to Beaver dam for some maintenance without sales persons tracking its whereabouts. They were welcoming and continued to accomplish what could be done whilst awaiting the truck to arrive back from Beaver Dam for me to check it out. Ended up loving the truck and still came home with it. Thanks to everyone there.

On a Friday I called Summit Service to say I was interested in a truck I saw on line. The video was so detailed, it was like we were there in person. My husband and I loved the truck but didn't look forward to driving 5 hrs. to pick it up. They made it very easy to purchase on line and this was on a Friday and Monday it was delivered to our doorstep with no delivery charge. Free delivery under 300 miles away. We are 292 miles away. The truck is everything as shown in video and the crew at Summit are a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied.

We have a leased Jeep and it would not start after my wife rand an errand. She called the service department and spoke to the woman who answered the phone - possible Naomi, but not sure. She explained the situation, looked up the car. My wife asked if it could be brought if it could get started or towed. Her response was there was no availability for about 1-2 weeks. She asked about a loaner and the response was none are available until mid-February and then offered the number for Whealon Towing. My wife said she would get back to them. Had an absolutely fantastic experience with purchasing a used vehicle from Summit Automotive. Logan was very responsive with my initial questions, Tim in finance did a wonderful job explaining the financial options and securing financing "after hours" and finally, their service department came through to fix some initial mechanical issues.
