My husband and I were checking out some of the campers at Schieks and after looking at about 4 or 5 of them , we found one we really liked. We walked inside and were greeted by a very friendly staff. They gave us a couple of days to make our final decision with no pressure. We decided to go ahead with the one we picked out and set a date to finalize it and pick it up. They explained all of the features and demonstrated them to us. Dean, Katie , and Tracy were extremely helpful and friendly. After looking for a travel trailer at some of the big chain stores, we looked at Schieks and seen some models online we liked. It was easy to converse via text message with Tracy from sales who was able to answer our questions. We then made a trip to their Fond Du Lac location to look at a few models and Tracy was no pressure and very knowledgeable. Tracy allowed us a few days to decide which model we wanted and once we decided set up a time to do paperwork and demo. Katie in financing made the paperwork very easy and was very responsive with texts and emails. Finally during our demo, Patrick asked if we were first time campers owners, which we were, and he took the time to explain all the features and also make sure our trailer was properly connected to our vehicle. Heather in sales was so pleasant and easy to deal with. She was very prompt and no pressure in setting up a deal. Katie in finance was also a pleasure to work with….very response, quick to answer question and guide us along until delivery. Steve in delivery did a fantastic delivery and set up. He was prompt, very easy to talk to and did a remarkable demo at the end. He was available to ask questions thoughout the set up process. Thank you to everyone on the team!
