Eric and the staff at Bank Street Auto are amazing. Very respectful, helpful, great customer service and amazing work. They have replaced my whole exhaust system and have placed a brand new set of tires on my vehicle. The price for 4 tires is unbeatable and their work is efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service I received!! My (not even a year old) minivan was hit on my way to work. I didn't know who to trust. Bank Street Auto was recommended by the dealership where I purchased my van. Eric did an amazing job explaining the process and kept me updated the whole time. They were flexible and got it done in a timely manner. My minivan looks brand new! I cannot recommend them enough!

Thanks to Bank Street Auto for repairing damage to my car. Gary was super friendly, explained to me what needed to be done, gave me an estimated time of when the repairs would be completed.
