This is my fifth RV, but the first time I have bought from this dealer. I have dealt with many different dealers in a mission to avoid Camping World and General RV. What I can tell you of the dealers I have dealt with, Sean and Bryan actually seem to care about the customer. We bought a very good used 2023 Class B that had extremely low miles. Were there issues with the RV? Sure but all four I bought before had issues. The difference was Bryan got us scheduled in for service a week after I called and we had everything fixed (all but one item but they ordered the required part to fix that item too, so that will be done soon). They offer 30 days coverage to make sure everything is good, so I made sure to make a camping trip to test everything and they fixed all my issues no questions asked.

Big fan of the Team here and family business feel. John the salesman was very easy to work with, responsive, no pressure guy. We were looking for a pretty specific style RV and they found the perfect one within days and at a great price. He even went the extra mile, learned all the bells and whistles only to teach it to us on the pick up date. I'd never go anywhere else.

Here at Barrington today to have a recall taken care of on my 2023 Navion. While I was here, I found a class B for sale that I am seriously considering as a second unit. Whether it is service or sales, I have always felt valued as a customer. They listen. They know how to help you based on your individual needs and they deliver on what they say. For most of us, a motorhome is exactly that…. A home on wheels. It’s a huge purchase. I really need to trust the people I’m dealing with and that’s why I love Barrington. Whether it is someone in service or sales, I know they really care. I also know that they know their business inside and out. They are honest. They are trustworthy. 5 stars all the way.
