Thank you Cesar! Your assistance today helping me change out the dead battery for my car key fob today.. The entire experience was awesome. I was surprised that you provided that service without even being asked. You made this happen quickly and I really appreciate your knowledge. Your team member was also helpul and you guys are very efficience and helpful.

At the beginning of May, I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get a new air filter for my car. I came in with the part number I needed already, and it made the process so seamless. When I opened the door, I was greeted by Caesar. Caesar was EXTREMELY helpful, and was able to look up the air filter, and get it from the back of the store in less than 5 minutes. I paid a fair price for it, and he actually helped me install the filter, I did not have the tools on hand. Big thanks to Caesar for the help! I have been meaning to give this review to O'Reilly, you can tell the experience really stuck with me! I highly recommend this place for getting replacement parts for your vehicle.

I called to get a price on a bunch of parts for my Expedition and was treated with the utmost respect and sincerity over the phone! Melissa did an astounding job of providing me with information on all of the available options for the many parts I am seeking. She shared her excellent knowledge, offering firsthand experience with certain brand names and online retailers and also assured me that all the parts were in stock or could arrive same day if they happened to be sold before I could get to the store. If I was a DM doing a phone shop, she'd have scored 100! Keep up the great work!!
