Andrew greeted me outside and opened my door before I even had a chance and guided me inside to consult with Zach. I had a significant time constraint but they diligently serviced my car and tires rapidly with precision. The notable part was Zach and Andrew's genuine hospitality and professionalism. Went in for new tires on my daughter’s vehicle and was greeted immediately by two kind, friendly gentlemen. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process. What started as just tires turned into tires, brakes, rotors, and an alignment, and I never felt rushed or pressured. They clearly know their customers and treat them with respect. Excellent service from start to finish—10/10 would recommend.

Easy to make an appointment, followed up by text. Outstanding waiting room/office. Dropped it on Tuesday, first call at 9:30, done little after 11. Mechanics were friendly and explained everything. Highly recommend.

I came in because my back right tire had a rip in the side from trying to get it out of the ice and snow. The car is a 2022. I bought it in 2024. I haven't replaced any tires yet and it has 60,000 miles on it so I figured I may need to replace all of them anyways. The tech went to take a look and told me that the rip isnt deep and the tire is not punctured. He assured me that it is safe to drive and all the tires have a good amount of tread left. He asked if I had any issues with the traction and I said no. So he told me I really do not need new tires. He totally could have ripped me off into buying something I didn't need especially as a woman who knows nothing about cars. I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your facility. I brought my car in for a specific issue, providing the diagnostic code. During each visit, I was informed of additional "issues" that needed attention. Despite these services, the original problem remained unresolved, rendering my car nearly undrivable. I sought a second opinion from another dealership, where the issue was accurately diagnosed and resolved for significantly less than what I spent at your facility—almost $1,000 in total. I advise anyone considering your services to seek a second opinion. I feel that the approach taken was not aimed at genuinely resolving the problem but rather at extracting unnecessary costs, which is a disservice to customers and myself.
