I drove from Baltimore to have Eldersburg Auto Body work on my car. Bill is honest and kind and did an amazing job on my car. I will be recommending Eldersburg Auto to all my family and friends.

Bill and his staff completed excellent body work on our car, after a deer hit it! They completed an estimate, which helped in getting some new genuine parts ordered and then had a minor revision a couple days later, once they started some of the removals, which is typical. Both estimates were fair for the amount of work required to do and were covered by insurance. The genuine replacement parts were repainted and matched exactly. The protective clear coating was also part of the quoted rework and was completed beautifully. Awesome job, highly recommend!

Eldersburg Auto Body saved the day! I have to really hand it to the owner Bill, he went above and beyond and offered excellent customer service. We had an incident with our Toyota Grand Highlander where we hit a metal object on the side of the road. You can see the damage in the pictures. Bill and his team assessed the damage and gave me a very fair estimate within minutes. We had a trip planned to the beach within a week and Bill was able to "squeeze" us in. In my opinion Bill is absolutely horrible to deal with. Real hot head! Terrible temper even when try to help. Good luck to ANYONE trying to deal with him!
