What a great place and a great experience! From the moment my initial call was answered by Tisha to receiving status updates from Andrew and Brian, the service was outstanding! The damage to my car was fixed within a week and was ready when promised. They not only fixed the damage, but also washed, cleaned, and vacuumed my car! It not only looks brand new, it smells brand new! They further accomodated me by leaving my car on their lot ready for me to pick up on Saturday so I did not have to wait until they reopened on Monday. Was very impressed with Joe Hudson’s. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday for repairs on my front grille/bumper and was able to pick up my car 5 days later! I was updated throughout the entire process and appreciated how quickly the repairs were done. The front desk lady, Tisha, was super sweet and knowledgeable as well. My car looks brand new again and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t think I’d trust dropping my car off anywhere else for repair work! Great work :)
