Awesome experience starting from the beginning. Called a few place around Fredrick, MD where I live to get estimate on Mercedes Benz GLC300 breaks job. Out of five places or so, found Thomas at Meinke in Eledersburg, MD to be the most honest and Transparent. Dropped off the car for next morning appointment. Drove 45 minutes to go to this place as they had the best reviews and their diagnosis is Free of cost. Next morning 10am, I had the full and comprehensive diagnosis report texted to me, where they suggested no works needed at present on the breaks. I could wait for few more months or so. We've taken our vehicles to Meineke for several years and have been very pleased with the service. They're prompt and get our cars back to us quickly. We trust their inspections and recommended repairs, we never feel like they're forcing a sale. They're honest and experienced.

I took my 2022 RAM Rebel GT in to get an inspection since we had moved overseas for a while. So of course, Maryland wants an inspection. Meineke needed our truck for an early appointment the next day. They allowed us to park our truck in their bay overnight so that the truck would be safe. Within a couple of hours on the day of the appointment we got a comprehensive inspection report, complete with pictures. Thomas and the team at Meinike Eldersburg MD are top-notch! My journey all starts with a weird story of being a traveling displaced new yorker who knows nothing about cars, but on one such MD-NYC trip, had many things go wrong and promptly / suddenly needed some nice and very skilled people to help my deal with my 2007 VW Rabbitt approaching its end!!! Well they fixed my lights alignment brakes and cleaned out and removed a mouse family nest that was in the engine!!! Also gave me a wonderful detailed thorough diagnostic of recommendations. I had a recent great experience with Meineke. They were able to work me in the same day I called, which I greatly appreciated. Also they had a good repair solution that kept my costs to a reasonable level. Also I thought their website link that was texted to me with all the checks they did and let me choose which repair(s) to do was pretty cool and made it easy.
