Bill & Phil's Auto Repairs

All of my car repairs were done promptly, even with some special order parts that had to be shipped. They then referred me to a body shop for my exterior repairs. The mechanics there are amazing, I left my critically damaged car there with confidence my car was in good hands of a business with integrity. Now with 3 years past, have had no issues with the car or repairs and i continue to use them for all my car maintenance. They take care of me with all issues big or small with the same wonderful service everytime. I’ll never wait in line at a Jiffy Lube again as long as I live in the area.

I wish to add my voice to the others praising Phil and Shane. Not only are they super-nice men--who seem comfortable communicating with a woman-- but they brought back to life a car that had been sitting moldering away for years.

I've taken my family's cars to Phil's since I moved to Carroll County in 1992 and continue to do so. Parts and labor prices are more than fair. In my view, not a better repair shop in the area. Eddie Beane

There's nothing better than going to a small business repair shop. I have dealt with so many of the chain repair shops and dealerships in the past. At those places, you feel like a number. Going to Bill and Phil’s, I felt like they not only cared about the issues with my vehicle but also about me as a person. I will definitely be going back to them!
