Allison and Albert are a great pair. I don't remember all of my auto repair mechanic names when I visit somewhere but these I do. They are thorough professionals and really help you out. Allison is friendly and has great knowledge about RVs and I learn something new from her when I visit her. Albert is great with his knowledge. Straight away starts fixing the issue which makes you realize his expertise in understanding the problem quickly. After the repair is done, he takes time to help you understand what the problem was and how it was fixed. He also shares his tip of how to avoid the problem In future. My go to place to fix any RV issues.

I have called multiple businesses from Washington to California trying to get a replacement glass tray for our RV microwave/convection oven. This is the first time I succeeded! I highly recommend this business. Allison is amazing!

Outstanding customer service and support. The administrative assistant, Alison is top notch with her customer service and is very responsive. The head mechanic, Albert is a straight shooter who completed my bearing repack and brake adjustment service and also informed me about my tires and some necessay roof repairs. He even plugged one of my tires and sent his team to my rv storage lot in Seaside to check out a brake issue that ended up being a fuse on my truck all for free. Bay Area RV is extremely dedicated and I highly recommend them for your future RV repairs.

Allison and AL are awesome!! Excellent communication, they explained everything to us step-by-step. They talk to our insurance and took care of all of it. I highly recommend to bring your RV here.

Last summer they repaired my AC quickly and with little wait time and with short notice. I couldn't get any other RV shop to look at it for weeks even though the temp was in high 90's. They are not an authorized Winnebago shop but worked with Winnebago to get parts under warranty within 2 business days and had the AC back on within 3 days. This summer they got an official Cummins Onan gen oil filter before I got here and set up an oil change for a week after I got here in June. Everybody else said middle of July.
