Beachside Car Wash

Once again, I had a disappointing experience at this car wash. I went today with an open heart, willing to give the company another chance, but for the second time, I left without receiving the service I paid for. I wasted my time and $30 over two visits, and deeply regret not trying a competitor instead. It’s extremely frustrating, and after today, I will never return. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, I strongly advise against going there. A basic exterior wash should at least meet 80% of what’s promised. My car remained dirty — they didn’t even remove the bird droppings, which are common in the area. It’s unacceptable. I recommend they reassess their operations and, if needed, service their washing equipment to ensure it actually delivers what customers are paying for.

Great self-service car wash. The facility is very well maintained, everything was clean and in perfect working order. Washing the car was easy and convenient. We were completely satisfied and would definitely come back.

I'm not a fan of the typical soft brush washes because they can scratch your paint if they're not cleaned frequently. I bought the mid grade carwash thinking it was a touchless wash - my fault for not paying attention - but it cleaned most of my suv without a single swirl mark or scratch. The only complaint was that it didn't get the road salt and dirt off the upper half of the glass on the rear tailgate, which is common with most automatic car washes. Overall it did a good job, and got the salt off my vehicle after a 400 mile trip through icy roads traveling from South Carolina.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for about a year now, and I’ve always opted for their automatic car wash. They have a touch free and a soft touch which consistently delivers exceptional results, leaving my car gleaming and sparkling clean. Every time I step out of the wash, I can’t help but feel a sense of joy and satisfaction!

Friendly owner scrubbed the bugs off the front bumper for me and great automated wash with touchless and light touch options for those that are not a fan of the big brushes. Was in the area and took my Mercedes through without a problem.
