I had gotten a quote from another company to replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I had called Larry at Beals and he gave me a quote for half the price. We had this discussion on Friday, August 29th. He told me to come in on Monday, Sept 1 at 7:30 am. I told him I was driving from a town over 30 minutes away, and he said he’ll complete the service in 45 minutes and I can just take a walk around the neighborhood while he works. I came in this morning at 7:30 as scheduled, and walked in and spoke to him in person. He pointed at a few boxes on his counter and said those were my parts, I told him I was going to go on a walk and wait, and he said he’d call when he was done. Would not recommend, was on vacation and needed an alternator and a starter done. Dropped car Thursday said no problem could be done. No calls would not answer phone after multiple attempts and had to go to the shop and check on car Saturday night. Car had not been moved or touched and we were supposed to leave the next morning. Larry made it clear numerous times the car would be done before we left. Very disappointed and poor service. Still never came out or called us back at all even as we were loading the car on a trailer to get home 5 hours away the next morning. Definitely don’t rely on the service here.

We were on vacation in the area eight hours from home when our brakes started making terrible noises. They were great, fitting us in early the day we called and fixing /replacing the brake pad in under an hour!! So great, highly recommend.

I was visiting the area and had a problem with our SUV. They fit me right in, diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road in under an hour. No BS or excessive charges either. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second if I needed car repair work from them in the future. Highly recommended!!

This guy installed a steering rack ruined my radiator in the process I paid for all of it an the steering rack is leaking after 8 months. Horrible communication and for everything he fixes, he breaks something. Stay away.
