Took my wife's car to this shop because of a humming in one of my wheels in the front, needed to confirm if it needed a wheel hub replacement or something else, I told the girl at the front desk call me when you find out what the problem is and let me know how much would it be to fix it, when I call her the first time she told me it was definitely a wheel hub , I grew suspicious when they didn't call me back at the time they said they would, so I called them to inquire on the problem or problems the cost, they told me the parts were on their way, and there was an additional front end part that let my car also needed which was approximately $600,the girl then stated the parts were on their way I advised her I never agreed to those terms , I told her when they knew what the problem was a

I own a 2008 Crown Vic P71. Maintenance on these cars is relatively easy so i do all my own work. There are certain things that are either beyond my knowledge or capability in my garage. Finding a shop you can trust to do the work correctly and where they dont try and sell you services you dont need is hard! I found Beck Automotive on Google and did my research and the reviews were stellar!! I needed a front alignment after I installed new steering parts. I took my car in on Monday with no appointment and they had it ready today!! Even tho its a shop, when you walk in you feel like your visiting family or an old friend. Very inviting and friendly and the work was done correctly!! For things beyond my skill set Beck Automotive will definitely be the shop I take my car to serviced!!

Took my car in for an oil change. The service rider team at Beck automotive always maintain a high standard of service. Like they always do, they took the time to make sure other components of my vehicle were in proper working order. Because of the high standards, note my comments below.
