I attempted to do business with Generation. I had a special request and they had no idea what I was talking about. I'm not sure they're in business to do business. You can't pick just the easy jobs to do. You need to provide services to all types of body work and paint. I think you need to overhaul your business model. You can't rely on aging business model to meet the expectation of a demanding industry. I go to 20-30 car shows a year what I'm I supposed to tell them when someone asks me for a referral? You'll need to do better going forward! I cannot recommend Generations at this time. Thank you!

I had some minor paint work that needed to be done on the roof of my F250. I got a written quote and scheduled a time to complete the work. It was done when it was supposed to be. And priced was as we agreed. Not to mention the quality of the work is excellent.

They always do great work, but communication is extremely sub par. I coordinated with an Employee to pick my car up at 7:00am on Monday (outside of normal business hours) and no one showed up until 7:45am. Do not coordinate or make a commitment if you cannot follow through on it.

Weve had sveral cars repaired and painted in the last several months. Great work...great service and repaired on time. Great people and i highly recommend them to anyone needing paint or body work...thanks for making our experiences great
