Franklin Muffler, Brakes & More

My car broke down on the interstate last Saturday. I was unfamiliar with this area between (Edinburgh and Columbus). I called and a nice gentlemen answered and said he was more than happy to help me. He helped me identify a local towing company to ensure my car got to the shop safely. Monday morning the team called and had my car ready to go by early afternoon. I appreciate the flexibility of getting my car in so quickly and helping me get back on the road. From the service tech to the secretary, a overall positive experience for me in a stressful situation. If I am ever in need around this area again, you will be the first I call!

These guys are awesome. Got me in and taken care of when three other shops told me all their technicians called in. These guys had all technicians that showed up and were ready to work. Give them a shot,you won't be disappointed.

We were in the area for a horse show and ended up with a bum tire on a weekend. They were so thorough to make sure that the tire was road safe with a 2-hr drive ahead, and I cannot be more thankful for their time and professionalism. Truly a pleasure from door to door.

I tried Franklin Muffler, Brakes & More for the first time today. I asked for an oil change and that’s what I got! I appreciated the refreshing lack of upsell typical in 90% of my experiences as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Jimmy and the techs were nice and seemed competent. Will visit again for future services.

Great experience, went in for a full break job. In and out within 4 hours at a reasonable price. Owner and technician were very friendly.
