C&C Automotive

This is my third visit to C&C Automotive, and I can confidently say their prices are very reasonable. I drive nearly an hour to get here, and it’s absolutely worth the trip. As a woman, it can be hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but C&C Automotive has never taken advantage of my lack of car knowledge. They’ve earned my trust, and this will definitely be my go-to place for all car repairs!

I needed a power steering rack replaced and Charlie was able to schedule my repair. Not only did he price it at nearly half of the big dealerships, he didn't have to repair as much as he thought and reduced my quote even further. He had to look at an unrelated issue and found no problems yet didn't bill me for the investigation (no repairs made on that). My car was done in about a day and remained tidy both inside and out. I appreciated Charlie's frequent communication, repair (car is doing great), and transparency in pricing. I hope to bring my car back to Charlie again and again!

You gentlemen are the nicest. Thank you for always being kind. Now I need to repay the favor. I was in Napa and they have a paper with credit card numbers on it laying on the counter. Well your card number was one that was visible. The older man billed someone and laid the paper there for anyone to see. I brought it to their attention a few weeks ago and thought they would be more careful but that's not the case.

Last week, we scheduled my wife's 2014 Honda Odyssey on Monday, 10Feb2025, to repair the worn wheel bearings due to an extreme rumbling sound coming from the wheels. In addition, the van would hesitate due to the torque converter on the transmission was slipping. The first step was to replace the transmission fluid to see if the problem would subside. Prior to taking the van to C&C Automotive, I researched the potential issues described above on AI. Charlie, took a test drive and indicated the driver's side wheel bearing was bad. Given the issue, I had them replace both of the wheel bearings. He indicated changing the transmission fluid may fix the issue of the hesitation upon acceleration. Essentially, they diagnosed and repaired the issues as outlined in the research we had done.
