I don’t know…. I mean they aren’t anything special. If there was another option I would probably go to it. What would make them special? Well if you arrive a few minutes early for a tire rotation appointment they wouldn’t have your car sitting out in the parking lot fifteen minutes past your appointment time. There are open car bays too. I could have had it done by now if they would have let me. Oh, and for the past few years I have always brought in a twelve pack or more of decent beer for the technician as a tip. It’s just a bummer. I guess I don’t understand what the barrier is for them.

So it's taken a bit to write a review because I am upset. I will never go back here again. Several years ago I came here for tires and they told me I had brake problems and all these other issues with my car. Declined to have repairs they suggested. A shor time later I had an oil change at the local mechanic and asked him to look over the car and was told nothing was wrong. Went in a few weeks ago for tires with my other car, a 2022. Told I had brake issues and it would cost almost $500 to fix. The standard line by the mechanic and manager was the thickness of the brake pad is like a credit card. I'm sorry but when you told me the brake pad was 2 inches thick I'm pretty sure a credit card isn't 2 inches thick or it wouldn't fit in my wallet. Then I was presented with a graph about the a

Overall I was disappointed with my service at this location. After spending 2,000 dollars on tires, I was not taken seriously when talking with representatives at the front desk. They also took much longer than anticipated without proper communication. Weeks later I discovered multiple of my rims had been cracked. Due to over torquing with an impact and not following procedure. Due to the cracks on my rims, they completely ruined my wheels costing me much more money.

Without an appointment yesterday I was able to get my truck in to your Big Rapids location for new tires and an oil change . Your sales representative Matt was very helpful and professional . During the tire change a brake inspection revealed a replacement issue and I was advised that a brake pad replacement now would certainly be cheaper and safer than to allow any additional damage to the brake system. All the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. When I got back in my truck I found that a repair was made to my side review mirror, the mirror had detached from the main housing so I had placed tape on it for a temporary repair, your service personnel went ahead and repaired it and took the unsightly tape off, no charge they just did it !!!
