Thanks Mike for your amazing service and hospitality a couple weeks ago when I had a flat tire. Legit hit a curb at beef shack around the corner and tire separated from the side wall of wheel. Unrepairable and none of my exact tires in stock. Uh oh!!! You suggested certain repairs and I had no time that day, as I had to get back to work quickly. Awesome problem solving and genuine communication, which is hard to come by in today’s world. Quick solutions like that are one of the many reasons I have frequented this location the past 18 months. Thanks team! (And yes, I did go back for the suggested repairs 2 days later and it was also a great experience). I also realized after the fact he is the store manager, and as a former retail manager, it made me even happier the head honcho is the man

They're the best I will recommend anybody to Belle tire service. Great customer service great atmosphere place clean . They will welcome you in no matter what. Not Sure who to blame for what happened but they definitely inconvenienced my travel to work and caused me to miss out on competing black friday pricing because of their mess up. While yes I was late to getting all season tires for the snow this year, before we got the first big one I had scheduled an appointment for the next available slot, which wasn’t until after storm almost 5 days later, to get my summer tires changed on my car to all season. the appointment included black friday pricing and a coupon, which saved me about 200-300 off. Once I arrived, They did make me aware that they were behind on their appointments but still should have it done within a hour maybe two Understandably because of the storm and me being again late to getting them switched i was patient and told them t

I work with Joe every time I come to Belle Tire, and he is by far the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve purchased brand-new tires for two of my vehicles here, and I’m definitely someone who asks a lot of questions. Joe always takes the time to explain everything without ever seeming rushed or annoyed. I truly appreciate his patience and professionalism. I look forward to bringing the rest of my vehicles here for service. I travel all the way from Hampshire, passing multiple other tire shops, just so I can come to this location and work with Joe specifically. Highly recommend!

After bouncing from auto care place to auto care place, belle tire finally gave me full comprehensive service (new wheel, new tire, alignement) in unbelievably quick service time and for fair and competitive prices. Joe specifically went above and beyond, and any future needs my car has I will be back to belle tire and request Joe!
