I took 2018 Acura here because of a humming sound in the back. Before I even hung up the phone Steve had given me an idea(bearings)of what it may be by how I described the issue to him. That definitely gave me confidence in them with it being my first time here since the Berlin Oil crew left. So this past Tuesday(03/25/25) I had my appt & they were able to diagnose it in a couple hours. & unlike some shops(cough cough Bergstrom cough) they didn’t charge me to tell me what’s wrong. Which I feel is definitely an awesome thing! So that’s why I’m taking my car back to them today(03/28/25.)
