Rob's Auto Care

I am so impressed by Rob!!! I was hearing a weird noise from my car and I had seen this shop due to its proximity to my work so I called him up and was able to arrange to drop it off with him next day - of course it stopped making the noise before drop off but he still took the time to go over it!!! He could have technically told me anything was wrong with it but he didn’t and gave me reassurance! I will be bringing my business back to him immediately for an oil change because I can tell he is knowledgeable and honest !! Which is rare to find in car shops! So thanks for being one of the good ones Rob!!!

This guy is amazing! Took time out of his busy day to help my fiancé s daughter when she was having trouble with her vehicle! No charge for addiing little fluid to help get her on her way! I would definitely recommend Rob and any of his staff to help out . He's honest, straight forward and very nice!

My Honda pilot broke down in Berlin on a saturday morning,gave Rob a call a hour before he opens and to my surprise he answered. He was on his way to madison,so we arrange a time to diagnose the car when he returned. He quickly used his electrical meter to determine the altanator had failed.He found parts and he installed it for us in a timely fashion.Also he did this outside in Feb. because his garage bays were full.Great hard working guy.Very personable also. My driver that was in the Berlin area making a delivery when his door latch got stuck and could not get his sliding door to close. I looked for a auto shop in the area and found Rob's Auto Care and gave him a call. Rob told me they do not accept our fleet card for repairs they accept check or cash only but told me to send him over anyways and he would take a look at it. Rob had it fixed in a few minutes and got my driver back on the road no charge. If I was from the Berlin area Rob's Auto Care would have my business forever! What a great guy and a shop you can trust! Please give Rob's Auto Care a try! Thanks Again Rob!
