Berlin Lazer Car Wash

Been to this car wash quite a few times over the last 8 years. Havent had a problem since the last couple years. Soap stains on my truck heavy water spots and a few times no soap at all. Never really bothered me until today when i called to let them know one car wash bay wasnt working properly. The lady ahead of me payed twice to have her vehicle washed and then when i payed and went through no soap or wash at all. So i let them know and before i could finish what i was saying the “owner” hung up on me and now im here. So for the future i will no longer be using this car wash.

Under new management, Berlin Car Wash is off to a great start! The changes are evident, and the service has been excellent. The attention to detail is commendable, leaving my car spotless. The pricing remains reasonable, making it a reliable and affordable option. With the new management's dedication, Berlin Car Wash is sure to continue providing a satisfying car wash experience.

Update 12/13/2023 - after reading the response from the owner to my previous review, I thought I would give the car wash a second chance. I choose the $12 wash to get the high-end wash. Unfortunately, my experience was the same. The under-carriage wash is under powered. There is a high-pressure spray when first entering and then it slows to a trickle. Doesn't clean the underside at all. Rinse cycles are very under powered and left soap residue over my car even after multiple rinses. There was even residue from the triple wax coat that is used. The $12 wash is supposed to include a 99 second drying cycle but the clock started at 80 seconds and the fans were not very strong. Overall, my original review stands. This car wash experience is really bad and not worth the money. -------------

Used the wash bay on the left, and at first, I wasn't too sure about it because it does look old and the not great review from December, or w.e, didn't seem the best....but it's a car wash, and only $12. If it sucks then I'll just return to going to KwikTrip for washes, no biggie. Well, I can say that my experience wasn't anything like the poorly rated review I read. I drive an Equinox, and if you have one, then you know that not all car washes get that annoying bit on the rear window, and if they do, you always find some soap left under that lip. Didn't have that problem here. Actually, I didn't find any soap left like I do sometimes at KwikTrip. This is a nice , well maintained, newer automatic car wash in town. They run a web special where you need to go to their website ( listed below ) and you can buy four car washes and get the fifth on free. The vacuums work well and they are quick to respond if you have issues. I do wish they had a manual wash bay as well, but this is a nice automatic.
