Bought a truck here Engine oil was like tar Transmission was over full with old fluid Air filter had chicken feathers in it Cabin filter was dirty Tank empty on gas Drivers door lock not working Alison transmission has pulled back its brand on GM the 10 speed tranny was designed by GM and Ford. Which is failing with no real fix making Alison look bad GM can no longer sell HD trucks with Alison Brand Name The valve body and torque converter are poorly designed and cost $10000 to update parts available through NexGen drivetrain GM refuses to fix that would acknowledge their failures
Very pleased with the work that was done repairing my deer damage. My car was super clean inside and out. Bob Hogan (body shop manager) was very friendly and easy to talk to. Excellent quality of work. I will tell everyone about my great experience. Everything was A+.
Picked up metal in my tire. Tire was losing air rapidly. Jeff at West Side got my car in right away, ordered a new tire and had it fixed by noon the next day. Great service!
Easy to schedule an appointment, clean and thorough.
Very Great service and they kept you informed on anything that had to be done.
