Went to buy 2 quarts of oil at berlin wisconsin oreillys and it totalled 30 dollars i hand the clerk a 100 dollar bill is all i had he says i cannot take that. Place is a joke as this is one of many little things that has happened at this buisness

Giving a 2 star because the employee did do the refund after quite a bit of back and forth. My boyfriend went to this store and purchased items for his car. He inquired about a part but was told it is not in stock and could be ordered. My boyfriend declined and said he would just purchase his other items. He got home and realized the receipt showed the item he inquired about. I tried calling the store 5 times, no answer so I drove 15 minutes back to the store, explained the situation (to a different employee) and was told nothing could be done even after he looked and it showed negative 1 for the inventory on the item. Which reflects that it was definitely "sold" even though they did not have the item in stock. I let him know I would not be leaving without our money, that at this point I
