Best-One Tire and Service

Big thanks to Jace and his team at Best One. They made the process of ordering and installing a lift kit and tires on my wife’s Jeep super smooth. Their customer service was top tier and they were efficient. I recommend them any and every chance.

Pulled into the lot with a screw in my tire and the plug repair kit from AutoZone, I could not get the plug to go in so a very nice gentleman came and asked if I needed help he couldn't get it to go in either so I asked them how much they charged to just go ahead and repair it and he said $26. I said OK let's do that. He came back out and said the owner is here and she said it's no charge, I said oh my gosh that is so amazing! I've never in my life Had a business go about fixing something for me free of charge like that! Will definitely do more business here in the future!

We are from Michigan and got a flat tire on our tow vehicle while vacationing in the area November 2025. Referred to this business by A-1 Auto Repair also in Crossville near the campground we were staying at. We were well taken care of by Wade England and were back on the road with a couple of new tires the very next day. Other employees working those two days of our visit were so friendly (sorry that I didn't get their names). If I lived in the area, they would be my go to place hands down! Thank you for everything - keep up the excellent work and attitudes.

I have bought 3 sets off of them so far. Needed a set before this winter weather hit called them on a Thursday told em what I was looking for. And they got it in next day and had em installed just in time. Went off of what they recommended and went with it. Tires came in and was exactly what I wanted. Had not had to worry about if they got the wrong tire I was looking for. 3 for 3 and the easy financing options they have makes it a little easier. Customer service has always been the best no matter if i called or came in. And i like the straight up honesty no matter what.

We brought in our vehicle for service. Mike, Jace, Billy and Nick were all excellent people and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything and worked with us on what needed to be done right away and what we could hold on for later. They are great and would definitely use again, and recommend to everyone.
