I was traveling from out of state and on two separate occasions I had some major car issues that were critical to getting back on the road (one of the occasions involved a deer that busted the radiator among other things. He was able to get me in on short notice and charged me reasonably for parts/time. Only excepts cash.
Called to asked this guy a simple question about if he had any bulk new or used antifreeze (no one in town had 55g drums available at the time ) I needed 100 gallons for a project on a Friday afternoon Dude on the phone wouldn’t Even let me finish a sentence and called me queer for trying to ask the question not sure if he was already drunk 3:30/4pm or just an idiot could have been a sale for his shop if he had it What a piece of work I guess that’s why i never see any cars at his shop
