I was besides myself because everything was taking so long...but that's no fault or reflection on Kevin; but the insurance company were LITERALLY dragging this out. He was as cool as a cucumber and kept me cool and calm as well. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism from everyone I came in contact with. Absolutely Excellent Customer from this location here in West Ashley. The level of communication is top tier from my Experience. Maria was incredible, she helped me from beginning to the end of my repairs. Every time she would call me to let me know an update on my car, I was left smiling at the end of every call. Excellent customer service! I'm impressed with the level of professionalism from everyone I encountered. One afternoon, I stopped by without an appointment and was completely frustrated with my experience at a different repair facility. They came out, listened to my concerns, and took pictures all without having an appointment! My vehicle was determined to be a total loss, but I'm confident that they were thorough in their estimate and didn't drag out the process. I highly recommend Better Collision! Their facility is clean and organized. Alexis was so calm and empathetic. Thank you for taking the time to earn another customer!

This place stays busy for a good reason - they are good at it! Everyone is friendly, and concerned, but most of all they know what they're doing. They keep you informed on progress, and when you get the car back, it looks like a new car! I couldn't be more pleased!
