Big O Tires

Came in for a leaking tire, unfortunately I had to replace all 4 tires. I worked with Rich and he took the time to walk me through the damage on all my tires, find me an option that worked for me, and was caring about my time. I was in the shop for a while and enjoyed talking to Rich. He also was taking great care of all the customers around even when having to multi-task. Will definitely be back for all future needs. Thank you Rich!

A few months after I bought tires from Big O one of them developed a slow leak. Every time I had the tires rotated I asked them to check it and they always said there was nothing wrong with the tire. This happened four times. Finally, the tire got to the point where it was losing 8 lbs of pressure each day. I recently took it into Les Schwab where they found a rock wedged deeply into the tire, which was causing the leak. This company is super focused on upselling services like brakes, oil changes, etc. but they cannot adequately handle their core service of tires. Never going back to Big O and I would caution others from going there also.

Working with Savannah at Big O was very easy and she was accommodating to schedule an alignment appointment on a newly installed Agile Off Road Pro suspension package. The service work was completed on time and with excellent and detailed follow-up report. I would use the for any van/car service i needed in the future!

I had an extremely frustrating and unsafe experience at Big O Tires in Issaquah about a year ago. I came in with a puncture on my front right tire. They replaced it with the same brand and size, but somehow failed to notice that all four of my tires were all-season, non-run-flats. Instead, they installed a summer run-flat tire on the front. I noticed immediately after leaving and returned within 5 minutes. They admitted the mistake and ordered the “correct” tire — only to then install one with a much higher speed rating than the rest of the tires. My original tires were H-rated, and they put on a W-rated tire. I was explicitly told this was “fine as long as it’s a higher speed rating.” It was not fine. On 02/17/2026, I visited for an oil change, just like many other customers. Unfortunately, the service representative who performed the oil change on my 2015 Chrysler 200 failed to meet expectations, resulting in a key scratch the front hood of my vehicle 😩😢😭. As an Issaquah resident, I am advising others to exercise caution when considering this establishment for future automotive needs. Having experienced this level of service, I will be taking my business elsewhere and opting for self-maintenance going forward.
