Big T Tire & Automotive

So glad that I found out that Big T has new ownership and new management. For many years, starting in 2010, I had taken multiple vehicles there for repairs, maintenance, tires and service. Over the past few years I have gone elsewhere because the quality and experience had greatly diminished. Now today I am so happy to have taken my 2013 Equinox there today where Duran, the manager, was excellent. And Shaun Kirby, the best mechanic in the area, is still there doing exceptional work. 👏👍👍 I had my starter replaced, an oil change and the tires rotated in less than 3 hours and drove on down road with a smile on my face. Thank you Shaun and Duran. Josh and Aram were also courteous and helpful too.

After dealing with a large franchise and receiving poor service, I stopped by Big T Tires and spoke with Josh and Derain. From the start, they went above and beyond to help, and the experience has been excellent. Their attention to detail and willingness to address everything I mentioned really stood out. Since then, I’ve had them change tires on my trailer and several of my trucks. As a business owner, having reliable automotive service is essential — and these guys have been outstanding. They’ve earned all of my future business for both my family vehicles and company fleet.

WE WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! My husband visited here today because our Nissan Pathfinder was having brake issues. The owner and mechanics were above and beyond helpful! They pointed out an additional major issue with our rear caliper in a manner that was professional and yet not pushy for sales. The team made us feel like family who care about our safety and budget. Highly encourage anyone to give these guys your business. They do it all and care!!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Big T to speak to a mechanic that I've known for many years. I entered the office and met the new manager, a man by the name of Duran, if memory serves. I asked to speak to Jason Betsil if he wasn't busy. When Jason came to the office I asked him some advice about the front wheel bearings of my truck. Duran was there and told me that the shop did not have a press. I asked was he serious. And how could a professional tire and repair shop not have a press.... He assured me that the didn't have one! He then walked away and Jason said to me that he didn't understand why he would tell me a lie like that.
