Brought our Telluride in for an oil change and safety recalls; first time at this dealership for service. Waited in the lobby and was able to work while I waited. Learned parts were not available to complete safety recall which would have been helpful to know prior to arrival, hence I can only give 4 stars. A couple of updates were performed so that was helpful. Also greatly appreciated that the vehicle was washed upon completion of service! Service advisors were both friendly and professional.

I brought my new Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, efficient, and everything was completed quickly. And thank you for my much needed a car wash. My car hasn’t looked this clean in months! Loving my new car and I will, definitely, bring it back for future services.

Always a pleasure doing business with Bill Dodge. My service went very smoothly and there were no surprises with the bill upon completion. The bonus was getting a nice car wash in the month of February when you couldn't even tell the color of my car, which is dark gray, you would've thought it was white.

No issues. Service desk was expecting me and took vehicle in a timely manner. Requested work was completed faster than estimated and the work seems to have improved the "hogging" issue. Price seemed fair and was less than I thought it might be. All employees I had contact with were pleasant and professional.
