Excellent experience working with Justin at Northeast AutoWorks to add a lift kit and new tires to my truck. They were very responsive and accommodating, and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the final product. I would highly recommend them!

I am so pleased I found these great auto care technicians! Pleasant all the way through to the end. From discussing options, caring about me and my car. Going the extra mile to make sure the service was right! They even have loaners if needed, but I like to sit in their lounge and visit with them. That is how much I love this place! Too bad my car does not need more service. I have recommended may folks to them and they are fans now too!

I work at a large local car dealership and the majority of our cars get serviced by Northeast. Their work is top notch and we are ALWAYS satisfied. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. They are great company! The WHOLE crew is awesome... From the owner, to the mechanics, to the guys who handle the phones! Everybody is always smiling, friendly and quick to assist you. There is just a generally good atmosphere over there. Not to mention it is the cleanest mechanic shop I've ever seen in my life! You could actually eat off the floors there lol.

My wife and I have had our auto service done at Northeast Auto works since shortly after they opened. We appreciate the explanations of what needs attention, why, and when it should be done. I also appreciate the open candy bowl. The only thing missing is a shop canine companion while the work or inspection is being done.

I was shopping around for some work (timing belt and adjacent parts) I knew was going to be pricy. The price here was fair and the work was 5/5 and done quicker than expected. Have been back since for unrelated issue, fixed same day for fair price. The whole process was 5/5. I ultimately chose to come here because of the one star reviews. If you can read between the lines, they can be more revealing than a five star review. And as expected, these guys were professional and polite.
