Andrew @ Lee Credit. Was amazing to my fiancé & I on Saturday. We purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu & Andrew did everything to get us approved to walk away with that car, that day. He was professional, friendly, patient & most of all, he was kind. Went through everything, in detail with us, so we understood. Answered all our questions. He had humor with us, which made an already stressful day, very mellow & enjoyable. He’s very good at his job.. but honestly, he has the personality that people want to encounter. He’s gone above & beyond. Even checking in with us & continuing to be kind & willing to answer any questions by emailing back & forth. We thank him, truly.. for all he did for us. I came in recently to see what my options were for getting into a new vehicle with pretty horrible credit. I always assume I'm going to have a bad experience when dealing with "used call salesman" but I was definitely proven wrong this time around. Generally I wouldn't have any options due to this but Andrew and Mike assured me they would do everything they could to work something out for me. About 45 minutes later I received a call from Andrew who did in fact work something out for me. They went above & beyond for me & I’ve never been happier in a car.
