Bill Dube Ford - Quick Lane

QUCK LANE only (Bill Dube dealership is amazing!) I will never have quick lane service my vehicle, last oil change they put the wrong mileage on my sticker, off by 6000 miles and they lost my oil fill cap. They never informed me that they lost my oil fill cap and had me drive 5000 miles (would have been 11k if I followed the sticker) with no oil fill cap, if you do have them do any work check every nut, bolt, or cap they touch. I still can’t believe they allowed my vehicle to leave like that. I am glad the main dealership caught the issue and did right by me.

I’ve always had a great experience with the service team at the Quick Lane! David and Shane were super helpful, professional, and personable. Just took my car in for a detailing and the work their team did is INCREDIBLE!! They explained everything clearly and the service costs were very reasonable. Great staff, great service. Highly recommend!!

I have been here several times and they've been great. My older Ford purrs like a kitten. They help me keep my car running in great condition without selling me unnecessary service, etc. They're honest, which is hard to find these days. I drive over here from Rochester since I was ripped off by a couple of service centers over there. This Quick Lane fixed their mistakes!

Great team and have and will go there again as I did few years back, my 2013 Focus had a new battery installed. Another new battery this summer installed in Durham - however the lack of information-some of which is found on Ford Focus forum-concerning updating BMS system is found at each service point. I used the engine off, ignition on, flash high beams 5 times, press brake pedal 3 times, and battery indicator light starts flashing. The dealer charge to reprogram $80., no consensus on importance on doing this and no mention in the Owners Manual, Bought a new Nissan Versa 2025. Came here for oil change March 2026. Although the correct oil filter ordered and delivered Motorcraft was used and caused issues which I today Mon. took back to Nissan dealer to have correct filter used, issu
