I was receiving battery alerts from my Ford app even with a new battery from Walmart. O'Reilly's tested my battery and saw that the charge was a little low. An employee recommended Bill's Automotive to figure it out. I took my 2021 Escape to Bill's. Shawn did some diagnostic testing, looked up the battery requirements of the vehicle, and determined that the wrong battery was installed. My vehicle has the Start/Stop feature which requires an AGM battery. I thought Walmart had installed an AGM battery, but they hadn't. So, I have an appointment with them to install the correct battery. Shawn didn't even charge me for the diagnosis (saving me at least $220 that the dealer would have charged). I'll certainly come here for our vehicle servicing needs going forward!!

Usef to be a great ship but I think it's changed owners or management. They seem very disorganized now making simple mistakes like I told them I just got an oil change but needed an 80k mile service. They sounded like they understood but tried to charge me for an oil change. They did eat that cost but man that's one example of just missing or not documenting your concerns to the point I don't trust my car here any more. Also the prices used to be competitive with other shops now they are just trying to price match dealerships. Shops like bills are supposed to be a cost effective alternative to a dealership otherwise I'd just go to the dealership. Last repair I tried quoting was 3x the price of another local shop. Lost my business.
