Serra Collision

These guys did a fantastic job for me. I hit a deer in my SUV, and Serra was on the list of local approved shops with Progressive. They were easy to deal with, the repair work looks flawless, and they were kind enough to provide a nice loaner during the repairs. I'll definitely go back to them should the need arise in the future. (Lexus RX350)

I worked with Thomas Wilemon in the collision center for my Hyundai Santa Fe repair and he was top-notch. I had bought my car new and owned it for only 1 week when i got T-Boned! No collision center in the city would accept a tow-in when i called around. Tom accepted mine and was able to get it back to new condition. It took a while but a lot of parts had to be sourced. I really appreciate the work and attention to detail that you guys have.

Did awesome job fixing my front collision. However, the reason for 1 star is my vehicle came back with windshield damage. Partly my fault for not having a blade on my windshield wiper. I dropped it off with the windshield wiper up to prevent damage, when I came for pick up the arm was down on the windshield. it seems someone carelessly dropped the arm down on windshield causing the damage. Now I have to come out of pocket. I called to figure out some type of resolution but that person didnt provide much help for me. Unfortunately, I don’t have a before picture of the windshield. Very disappointed.

I can not say enough great things about this Serra. The staff were friendly and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. They got me to my rental, they even cleaned the inside/outside, jeep looked brand new. THANK YOU SERRA for taking the time make me feel important !

They lure you in with Quick Service. First, you bring in the car for inspection, and they are supposedly ordered and received the parts before they bring you to the shop, and then here comes delay after delay. They say "ohh we found out we need more parts and there is a long wait for it. We found out this. We dismantled it and now we are discovered we need this. We need that." This was a small front end repair. It shouldn't take 3 1/2 weeks. I definitely suggest that you not take your car there unless you got the luxury of time.
