Really wanted to give a good review as they are so close to where I live, and can usually get me in within a reasonable around of time. But that’s just not the case. For a simple service, like an oil change, mine has been messed up 2/3 times. Once the oil filter wasn’t tightened, and I lost a lot of oil before fixing it, and a second time they forgot to use a crush washer and I lost a lot of oil as well. Both are slow leaks that I didn’t immediately notice, but could really mess up my car in the long run. Another time I asked to drain the refrigerant from my air conditioning system, and I had to talk to 3 different people to make sure they weren’t trying to remove the coolant from my car. Different systems, and it took about 15 minutes to get a mechanic I could trust not to drain my coolan

North Hill automotive just does a good job at fixing your vehicle. They are just practical mechanics fixing what needs to get done. They will give you options, but tell you if it’s a good idea to stick with OEM or aftermarket or get a warranty part based on their experience with potential outcomes. I have been going to them for almost 20 years and I will continue for the foreseeable future.

Have had cars there twice. Once, flat tire. Fixed quickly and very reasonable charge for the work. Went in a different time with cooling system issue. Art called several times to update what he was finding. Appreciate the updates. Again, reasonable price for repairs. They're a solid option for car repair.

Pulled into North Hill tire and auto with a flat tire thinking that I’m SOL and Beth the owner went out of her way to make sure my tire got fixed right away and she’s very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. Awesome customer service they seem like great people.
