Joe was Great!!! He even gave me a ride home and then back to the shop when they were finished fixing my Vehicle😎👍 Also met Tony who was a Very Nice and polite young Man who works there😎👍 And the Receptionist there Was Very Nice As Well😊 Overall.. AJ and his team were great to work with - I was sent there by the shop across the street due to an unforeseen issue with the used car that I had just bought... I’ve never felt that a mechanic has had my best interest in mind until going here. They were up front and honest and worked hard to get the problem sorted. I wish I could go to them again if needed, but they really try to stick to collision work only. Thank you so much for fixing my car and making it look pretty! 10/10 would recommend to others and trust them to do other work for my cars.

I can't say enough good things about the employees and service we received from Rochester Collision! They went above and beyond to get our work truck on the road with a new Trans+, in a speedy fashion. They kept us updated and were extremely reasonably priced! We found our new trusted mechanics!!

I am writing this as I wait for a call back from AJ at Rochester Collision — unfortunately, I’ve ended up needing his services about once a year. Between the icy roads, two teenage drivers, and picky lease inspections, I am thankful to have found him a couple years ago when I just couldn’t afford another dealership sized repair bill. AJ is a helpful, knowledgeable guy and will give you the best price and do good work. He might be a day late, but more importantly to me, he has always been honest and fair in our dealings. This is a smaller shop — AJ answers the phone and AJ is hands on with repairs. I’ve seen a couple other guys working at different times, but he’s the primary guy.
