Want save your money and car, never visit this location. The manager is very very greedy and customer service is very unprofessional and mechanics don’t know what they are doing. Always compare their estimates with other shops as I learned they charge way more than other auto mechanic shops. I will never visit them again. I am install front brake. I go to another place fiix agan. Please every one Cherish your own body and when you drive on the road may hurt other car, hurt other people. because the break's problem. Rememble we have family, kds, father, mother. Special who do not real know car and women. don't go this place.

Big fan! A man came in after trying 3 gas stations to fill his car tires. The workers here immediately filled his free of charge, even with a line to the door. Everyone was happy with the service while we were here. Also great oil changes!

Worst experience ever!! Our car was making some noise. They said brack inspection is free. They kept my car for 4 hrs after that they give us a quote for almost $2200 for break pads, rotors, caliber replacement. It sounded too expensive. So we decided to take 2nd opinion. When we declined work order they said you can not drive this car out of our garage or you will have accident. They also said if you do not get car fixed at their shop then there will be $ 50.00 fee We paid and took car to other garage. They give us a quote for only $890. Also said calipers are just fine and no need to replace them. Beware of Midas shop. Very expensive and extra work to jack up price even more. I will never ever go there again.

Got a flat tire replaced and came to Midas just to get it rebalanced. These goons tried to tell me I had to get 4 brand new tires AND brand new control arms to fix the issue at $3300 total. Tires had 15k miles, controls arms less than 100k. So took it to another locally owned shop, they rebalanced for $20, fixed my issue. Avoid places like this like the plague! They will take every dollar they can from you. Always get a 2nd opinion.

Terrible experience, they didn’t rotate my tires with my oil change and they filled my Audi with only 5 quarts of oil when it requires 8.5 They shorted me 3.5 quarts of oil and charged me for it!! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never go here. I’ve seen comments about the manager Blake being racist and I 110% agree. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and “inspection” where they tried to tell me I needed brakes. Maybe they didn’t realize I used to be a mechanic. My brake pads are at about 50% and the rotors are smooth, clean and not glazed. Do not trust this establishment. Do not send your wives or daughters here. The NEW owners should be ashamed!!! Don’t waste your time. Come on Rochester, let’s boycott these jokers and drive them out of town!
