I will preface with the people working here are kind and knowledgeable. My biggest complaints are labor cost and lack of communication, as well as the time it took to finish. My original quote was 900-1200, but ended up paying almost 1700 with no warning or call that it would almost 500 past the top of our previous quote. I was also told 2 weeks at most. I picked up the machine at the end of 5 weeks. It's not that I couldn't do it myself, I paid for the convenience and I understand that, however, if I knew it would take 5 weeks and not a few days, I would have just done the job myself and saved almost $1000 is labor, taking my time to do it. The machine itself, isnt worth the labor alone and I would have NEVER authorized them to fix it if it went above the original quote. It's a shame, th

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a shop. Over charged me and never fixed the problem. He wanted more money. He got me for $800 amd all that was done was change the thermostat.

Can't say enough good things about Bills. Brought in my ODES side by side cause it would try to start, but wouldn't catch. Not only did they fix that, but they also fix my drivers side door that wouldn't latch. Fair price and knowledgeable service. If I need more work done, i,l definitely go to Bills.
