Rented the Rivian for a getaway car for my wedding and it was an absolute blast! The truck was super fun to drive and made for an extra bonus on top of the special day. Jack was very informative and made my first experience with an EV a breeze by taking the time to explain what to expect. I can’t recommend it enough!
Jack did a great job communicating all the details up front for my pickup! He had it there for me when I landed at the airport. The truck was very clean and ready when I arrived in Birmingham. The drop-off was just as seamless of a process. I will definitely use them again when I’m back in the area.
Better than expected. Very friendly people. Had the large SUV we needed. Only glitch was I couldn’t charge to my company debit card.
Jack was a fantastic vehicle host. Responsive and flexible. I had a very positive experience renting a Rivian from him
Jack was great! Truck was very clean and exceeded our expectations, have zero complaints and will be using BAR in the future !
