I was on my way from Atlanta to Dallas in our Corvette when it broke down on the i20. This of course is a very hard place to be in with 9 more hours to drive. After a quick Google search I found Hendrick Chevrolet because I would only want the best possible service for my car. At the dealership service center I had Matt that took care of me the entire time. He kept me updated on timelines of parts coming in and work needing to be done. TJ was the mechanic and he is the wizard of Corvette’s which made me confident that all was getting done the right way. If you are looking for a professional dealership for your car maintenance or repairs, l strongly recommend Hendrick Chevrolet. They are very professional, courteous , timely with reasonable rates. I recently had issues with my transmission, the service agent Tyler Kent was awesome! He assured me that my car would be repaired in a timely fashion, stepped in as the middle man with my warranty company and kept me updated through the process. He really put me at ease, took the time to actually listen to my concerns. He returned my calls and always was pleasant with a positive attitude. Remember his name Tyler Kent!!!!! I had a great experience! Grayson helped me out through the whole process and did an awesome job. He was very helpful and informative with every question that I had and he helped me find the exact vehicle that I was looking for!
