Vestavia Auto Plaza

I brought my VF8 Plus car in for a software upgrade. The technician, Mike, worked very enthusiastically, however, due to some coordination issues between the technicians in the US and the software center in Vietnam, the process took a very long time. I had to wait for two days... Mike worked diligently and meticulously. After the upgrade, the car has a new screen interface with added features such as blind spot warning and turn signal indicators on the heads-up display... It now has an auto-hold function and displays the outside temperature, and the car's sound system has improved and sounds better. Many thanks to technician Mike and the dealership. Su van dinh

At first I was displeased because the body shop couldn’t get parts for a few months. But, I came to realize that it wasn’t the fault of the Autoplaza dealership in Vestavia. And, I also learned that after the bodyshop got the parts and put the parts back on they had to send to The autoplaza to do the calibrations and fix all the sensors and even an update. They did it in a couple days to my amazement. So, as far as the service at the autoplaza when dealing with Vinfast cars Mike does an incredible job!!!

If you're even THINKING about buying a car, don’t walk… RUN to Vestavia Vinfast! I had the best car-buying experience of my life, and it's all thanks to Mike and Bethany. Mike was incredible!! He really took the time to understand my needs and gave me honest, no-pressure advice. I came in for one car but left with an even better one (I’m still pinching myself!). And let's talk about Bethany! She's literally a finance wizard with a golden personality. She explained everything clearly and patiently, and I even got a surprise: a lower monthly payment than I had expected! Talk about a win.
