Service advisor was great with explaining things our Ford Bronco needed. The tires, alignment, and brakes were much needed. Service time extremely quick considering all that was done. The waiting area chairs were comfortable with plenty of magazines and a television. No interest for 6 months on Firestone credit card I was able to apply for and use today. The store manager touched base with me in the waiting area several times during the service to ensure I knew what was happening. Highly recommend Firestone Montgomery Highway.

Great Firestone in Hoover. They always take care of me. Quality service and the specials are great. I definitely recommend these guys for any of your automotive needs. Why go to the dealer and pay those exorbitant prices.

Jaxen at the Montgomery Hwy location is wonderful!! In a busy store, he provided excellent service. He was efficient, prompt and made the chore of having to have my vehicle serviced a pleasant experience. During the time my car was there for maintenance, Jaxen reached out to advise me of an issue I did not know existed with my vehicle. He was comprehensive in his explanation and provided me with the best options available. Always been a fan of Firestone, but now even more so because of Jaxen.

Crooks. I scheduled an appointment with them last week. Saturday the 17th I show up to my appointment 30 mins early. I go inside and speak to Dan. All I wanted was to get my tires replaced and mounted. I already purchased tires from Amazon, and whenever I told Dan I have my tires in my car. He told me they couldn’t mount and replace my tires. As a customer I looked online to read the company’s policies to see if I had to buy Firestone particular tires and it said no. Dan didn’t know his own store policy, so as a customer you would be pretty upset that on your day off from work you scheduled an appointment that can’t be done. I called Dan out on it and he said “I’m sorry” and to which I replied “you ain’t”. Dan then goes “you’re right I’m not”. So I get mad cuss him out and walk out. Now pe
