The gentlemen at Mieneke were extremely helpful. I came in with a handful of questions and not only were they patient but they answered each one of them efficiently. When I left my car was fine tuned and I had new knowledge for the future. Daniel worked on my car and did a great job. Place was clean, organized, and inviting. For sure coming back for other needs.

The technician Kyle was great. He was there by himself for the most part doing the work of 3 guys. The only issue was I took the car in at 0800 and didn't get it back until 1800. No problem because I didn't necessarily need the vehicle but had I needed it-- what a pain. I guess a little warning that the service was going to take all day would have been good. But again-- Kyle was doing the work of 3 guys so I get it. The work seems to have been done very well and at have the price of the other place we got an estimate. So overall, I am happy with the experience. 4 out of 5 because of the communication issues. I would recommend this place for brakes.

Never ever go to this shop I’ve taken my jeep there at least 3 to 4 times they have messed everything up. I’ve spent $10,000 on my jeep they’ve had to re-fix it and then still tried to charge me more after they messed the undercarriage and welding up on my jeep didn’t put parts back charged me for parts they didn’t put on and it’s a private owned Meineke instead of a corporate so they won’t do anything about it. Do not ever go to this Meineke shop because honestly they need to pay for my Jeep in full. Did all of this work supposedly and still wasn’t fixed when I got it back. Steering wheel was twisted and not straight , welding looked like a 3yr old had taken over and done it , don’t put my valve covers on which caused a leak and then tried to charge me for more things again. Not perfect due to the driveway but generally very quick, efficient, and to the point. Good financing options and relatively fairly priced. Good location too if you're like me and want to walk around and get some food while you wait.

Quality of the service was horrible. We took the car in having issues with the engine. They supposedly checked and scanned everything (at least they charged for it) and repaired what they said was needed. After 2 weeks the car started to smoke badly and having some more issues. We took it to another Meineke in Madison AL and they even confirmed that the previous service was not done properly. they basically only made an oil change and exchanged the spark plugs. We had a major risk of damaging the engine severely.
