Place is a joke. They would not sell me cage bolts, told me I had to buy complete chambers to get them. Went across town to Parts City and they helped me with no hassle.

They are very greedy. Asking money they will use all trigs to you robbed. I called road service Freezing truck too cold to start charge was $225 prior plus call fee $225. They said it needs be towed to the shop. There was low oil pressure sign on. The manager said it’s Bearings, I asked him if Oil change will solve the problem. My truck was not changed the oil for. 40,000 miles. He said no I said may be oil pump. He said no” I don’t Think So”. He said $200 per hour to and 4 days waiting at the shop. I changed the Oil problem went AWAY. Don’t Ho there they too dump and scavengers they will tear your engine apart. Please stay AWAY

Got put out of service at the Hudson scale. Tech came out and adjusted my trailer brakes and repaired an air leak. Drove truck to the shop to replace a trailer shock. Great tech on site and Keith and Cory Service Advisors were awesome

My experience with these guys happened about 6 months ago but it was such a positive experience I swore I had to leave a review. I got into Baldwin WI at about 9 pm with an air bag that was leaking pretty good. I assumed I would never find a shop Will to work on my truck at that time of night but found these guys on a Google search and decided to call anyway. To my surprise they said come on in we'll get it fixed. They got me in and out a new air bag in, in pretty short order. Once done I tried to back in under my trailer to hitch up but found the locking jaw in the 5th wheel locked shut. Went back into the shop now near closing time and explained my problem. Again much to my surprise they said pull it back in. They pulled the 5th wheel off and looked it over. They wasn't able to fix the 5

I showed up around 0600 on a Monday morning without an appointment. Doug had me in the shop by 0700 and two of his guys got to work on my truck immediately. They accurately diagnosed the issues with the truck and the trailer, made repairs with correct parts that were in stock and had me out two hours later. This an independent repair facility, not a dealership. That being said, it is not a mom and pop discount shop. Be prepared to pay for what you get, but expect to get what you pay for with the assurance that they will stand behind their work. Thanks again Doug and crew for getting me back on the road!
